EASY Sourdough Sandwich Bread- No Knead

I’ve officially gotten into the world of sourdough starters and have been LOVING this bread recipe (recipe from @nikkiphillipi )🤍 If you are interested in how I made a sourdough starter, I have a highlight explaining the process on my Instagram.

620 grams all purpose flour
1 3/4 tsp salt
60-90 grams bubbly sourdough starter
450 grams water

Mix flour and salt.
Add starter and water. Mix until no floury spot remains.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap or damp towel.
Let it sit on the counter until it rises. May take 12-16 hours to double.
Coat loaf pan with oil.
Transfer dough into pan. No kneading or folding.
Cover with plastic or damp towel and let it rise again for 30 min- 4 hours, depending on the temperature in the room.
Preheat oven to 400 then bake for 40-45 min.
Take out of pan and let it cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
