Muffin hack! Get fresh-baked muffins with minimal effort

Need a quick breakfast to throw in the oven? Invited to someone’s house last minute and want to bring a snack to share? I got you covered!

When you are making muffins, simply double the recipe. Bake as normal, for however many muffins you want at that time and save your leftover batter. Line pan with muffin liners, as you would before baking. However, when the batter is still raw in the liners, stick the muffin pan into the freezer. Leave for a few hours or until the batter is frozen in each liner.

Once frozen, pop out each muffin cup filled with the frozen batter. Store in a Ziploc bag in the freezer. When you want fresh muffins, pop each frozen muffin cup into the pan and bake. Just add a few minutes onto the baking time. You will have fresh muffins with no hands-on time and no dirty dishes!
